Under in-direct supervision, this position assists with the administrative functions of the department as well as advising students in the application process to do Clinical rotations/clerkships and pre-internships in the United States and PR., according with the mission, goals and policies of the University.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer phone calls and emails to give information regarding the Clinical rotations/clerkships and pre-internships application process.
• Take payments by phone.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information and records.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:
• Knowledge of customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with individuals with diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and database management.

Minimum Requirements:
High School or equivalent and one year of related work experience preferably in higher education.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment
• No or very limited physical effort required

Must be Bilingual: English/Spanish
