Staffing Coordinator (CNA Required) The Greens at Weaverville – Weaverville, NC Full‑Time Position The Greens at Weaverville is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This key role is responsible for coordinating nursing schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage, and supporting daily workforce operations to help provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with strong organizational skills, you'll play a vital role in maintaining staffing stability, supporting employee engagement, and partnering with nursing leadership to ensure smooth facility operations. Position Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and maintain nursing department schedules Monitor daily staffing needs and assist with filling open shifts Coordinate staffing coverage for call‑outs, PTO requests, and schedule changes Communicate staffing updates and needs with nursing leadership and team members Track attendance, call‑offs, overtime, and staffing trends Assist with agency staffing coordination when necessary Ensure schedules remain compliant with staffing requirements and facility needs Maintain accurate staffing records, reports, and scheduling documentation Collaborate closely with HR and nursing leadership regarding staffing concerns and workforce planning Qualifications Active North Carolina CNA Certification required Previous scheduling experience preferred Long‑term care or healthcare experience strongly preferred Experience with staffing software or scheduling systems is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer‑based scheduling systems Benefits Certified Great Place to Work for four consecutive years Supportive leadership team committed to your success Positive, team‑oriented work environmentCompetitive pay based on experience Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Make a direct impact on resident care by helping ensure consistent staffing and support #J-18808-Ljbffr
