Registered Nurse - Infusion

Job Summary:


Experienced Infusion RN needed to provide specialized infusion therapy in a clinical setting. Responsible for administering treatments, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer infusion treatments including Prophylactic, External Beam Therapy, and IMRT procedures.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and patient interactions within the Cerner system.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and general practices to prevent exposure during therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth workflow.
• Comply with vaccination policies, including flu shots, unless medically exempted.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid WV or Compact RN license; pending licenses accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, preferably with infusion center and oncology settings.
• Certification in BLS; ONC preferred, ACLS and PALS as required.
• Demonstrate experience with CBCT/kV/mV imaging and external beam therapies.
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility; case-by-case consideration for 75-100 miles.
• Clear license record with no suspensions and valid driver’s license.
