Account Manager / Customer Service for Custom Printing

Account Manager
Join a family-owned custom printing company with great stability and work environment!! Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Tucker, GA, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their tight-knit team!
$23-24/hour | Full-time | Direct Hire Opportunity
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support and account management
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up on orders, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Create accurate price quotations
- Support account growth with excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Google Workspace tools
- Background in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Someone seeking long-term career stability
Schedule & Benefits:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- Printing industry experience is a plus, but not required
