Basic Qualifications Technical Engineering (STEM – Engineering / Science) degree at the Bachelor level or above (required) Ability to obtain a secret clearance - DOD Secret Basic understanding of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Engineering roles and responsibilities across all life cycles. Previous experience with collaboration with cross functional teams Experience in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of dispositioning non‑conforming products/hardware Job Description You will be the Quality Engineer for the Missiles & Fire Control Quality Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality across hardware, software, systems, supplier, and customer domains. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across the MFC program. Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Develop, review, and maintain quality standards, methods, and procedures. Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Perform assessments, audits, and independent reviews to ensure compliance. Lead parts‑review and corrective‑action meetings with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Apply lean tools to reduce waste and improve processes.
