*About the Role:*

We’re looking for a high-level Ecommerce Marketplace Manager who can own and grow our marketplace business across multiple platforms. This is not a simple listing job but a full operational, analytical, and growth role managing thousands of SKUs across major and emerging marketplaces.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Marketplace Expansion & Management

• Manage and grow our marketplace presence on:
\n
• eBay, Shein, Temu, Poshmark, Sears, NocNoc, Walmart.com, and more.
\n
• Lead expansion into new platforms and other international or niche marketplaces.
\n
• Understand each platform’s rules, fee structures, policies, and best practices.
\n

2. Product Feed & Inventory Oversight

\n
• Maintain accurate product feeds, attributes, and inventory sync across all platforms.
\n
• Liaise between the warehouse and office to ensure stock levels, lead times, and shipping details are accurate.
\n
• Own feed troubleshooting, mapping, and error resolution (especially through Rithum/ChannelAdvisor).
\n

3. Listing Optimization & SEO

\n
• Optimize titles, keywords, tags, and attributes specific to each marketplace.
\n
• Improve listing quality scores and organic visibility.
\n
• Run experiments to increase conversion and ranking.
\n

4. Pricing & Margin Control

\n
• Follow internal pricing formulas and margin rules.
\n
• Monitor marketplace competition and adjust pricing within guidelines.
\n
• Prevent accidental undercutting or price suppression.
\n

5. Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse leads to maintain on-time shipment performance.
\n
• Work closely with purchasing, catalog, and management teams.
\n
• Ensure smooth operations during high volume periods, promotions, and launches.
\n

6. Reporting & Analytics

\n
• Use our in-house reporting platforms, PIM systems, and Excel/Sheets to:
\n
• Track marketplace performance
\n
• Analyze sell-through
\n
• Identify winners and slow-movers
\n
• Monitor account health
\n
• Present insights and recommendations to management.
\n

*Requirements:*

Core Requirements

\n
• 2+ years experience managing online marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, Temu, etc.)
\n
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
\n
• Experience with Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) strongly preferred
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Ability to manage large catalogs (4,000+ SKUs)
\n
• Experience fixing feed errors, inventory mismatches, and listing issues
\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with ops, warehouse, and office teams
\n
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to spot errors quickly
\n

• Poshmark automation knowledge
\n
• Cross-border marketplace experience (Mercado Libre, NocNoc)
\n
• Spanish speaking (not required, but helpful)

*Compensation:*

$80,000 – $110,000 per year (based on experience)
