Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Private Client Account Executive to join a growing insurance agency. This hybrid position involves managing and servicing a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts, quoting and binding new business, conducting renewal reviews, and delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with high-net-worth clientele, strong policy and product knowledge, and familiarity with leading private client insurance carriers. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, proposal presentations, applications, and binding coverage through policy issuance.
• Prepare and process insurance documentation, including applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, certificates, Evidence of Property, and Auto ID cards.
• Conduct comprehensive client renewal reviews, identifying coverage needs and opportunities to enhance protection.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, coverage updates, and emerging technologies.
• Meet established service standards and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide additional account management support as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  
  • Minimum of 5 years of high-net-worth personal lines insurance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and servicing complex, high-value personal insurance accounts.
  • Familiarity with leading high-net-worth insurance carriers, such as Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One.
  • Experience working with wholesale brokers on complex or hard-to-place Excess & Surplus Lines business.
• Licensing:
  
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, policy forms, coverage options, and underwriting requirements.
  • Proficiency in agency management software, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to effectively utilize technology to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Bonus Opportunities: Potential quarterly and annual performance-based bonuses.
