HR & Admin Specialist

1-3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or a related role. Background experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. Support employee engagement activities and internal events. Manage office supplies, vendors, and general office operations. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other administrative tasks. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
