As a Specialist, Content and National Promotion , you will have the opportunity to utilize your exceptional communication skills to support the Sony Music Nashville roster of artists by proactively promoting airplay and maximizing exposure and consumption. You will have impact across the business by serving as a conduit for communication and information flow between SMN promotion, A&R, and marketing staffs, contributing to single and album launch marketing plans, managing relationships with national radio partners, and planning and executing promotion events. What you'll do : Role model SMG’s Global People Promise, Values and Behaviors in all that you do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business Help develop and implement airplay and exposure strategies for SMN artists Serve as a liaison between marketing, promotion, and commercial partnerships in implementation of campaigns to benefit and break artists/projects to enhance awareness and drive consumption Plan and execute various department events including artist showcases, radio meetings and summit experiences, conferences, and award show happenings. Maintain artist and team calendars Provide support for regionals including occasional travel for show coverage, events, onsite promotions, interviews and artist meet-n-greets.
