Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders.
• Active Ohio SLP license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred.
• Background in school-based settings with children.
• Demonstrated skills in communication, evaluation, and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals.
• Deliver therapy to students in both individual and group formats.
• Work in close partnership with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective IEPs and support strategies.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation to track student progress.
