Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
• Current Ohio SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting
• Skilled in conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and providing both individual and group therapy
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Collaborative spirit for effective work with staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Deliver speech-language therapy sessions individually and in groups
• Document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Work alongside teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Attend pertinent meetings and contribute to student success discussions
