HR Specialist: Recruiting, Benefits & Compliance (Hybrid)

The Delaware County District Library is seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist to manage recruitment and support various HR operations. You will oversee the recruitment lifecycle, maintain employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field and two to three years of experience, preferably in a public sector or nonprofit environment.
