Position: Front Desk Agent

Key Responsibilities:


• Greet and check-in guests with professionalism and enthusiasm


• Assist guests with check-out and ensure billing accuracy


• Respond to guest questions and provide recommendations about the hotel and local attractions


• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience


• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment


• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams


• Manage phone calls, reservations, and administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:


• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest care


• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting


• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
