Position Overview: Kiewit is seeking a highly structured and technically capable Senior Business Analyst to lead solution intake, requirements definition, and documentation governance across our enterprise data and analytics initiatives. This role sits within the Digital Project Execution (DPE) team and serves as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, project teams, Power BI developers, data engineers, and solution architects.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Technical BA roles
• Proven experience writing clear, structured, and technically precise documentation
• Experience with Azure DevOps required
• Strong experience facilitating requirements workshops
• Experience with EPC / construction industry workflows a must
• Ability to deconstruct ambiguous requests into structured deliverables
• Experience managing intake processes and tracking demand
• Experience documenting functional requirements, technical designs, and data workflows
• Experience creating process maps (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong version control and document management discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Base Compensation: $136,000/yr - $142,000/yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
