\n • Diagnose and manage chronic rheumatologic conditions in an outpatient setting\n

\n • Coordinate care with on-site Infusion Therapy Center\n
\n

\n • Collaborate closely with Rheumatology physician and multidisciplinary care team\n
\n

\n • Provide comprehensive follow-up care and patient education\n
\n

\n • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation\n
