We are seeking a reliable and efficient contract dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment.
• Sorting and removing trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Stocking supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by cleaning dishes quickly and efficiently.
• Following all sanitation and health regulations.
• Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed.

Skills and qualifications:
