Weekly pay (direct deposit or pay card) Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Overtime opportunities Opportunities for training, growth, and career advancement Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding based on job requirements Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Assist with general fabrication and assembly tasks as needed Requirements Proven experience in MIG welding Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and welding equipment Experience with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods High school diploma or GED preferred Certification(s) in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent) a plus Apply today to start immediately.
