About the Company

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders while providing hands-on support across all areas of human resources.

About the Role

This role will partner closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership teams to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Advise on employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Coach leaders on employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with organizational changes, change management initiatives, and employee communications.
• Support compensation, benefits, and annual HR programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, and talent development.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
