Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
Assemble, package, or process products based on production requirements
Perform basic equipment inspections and report issues to supervisors
Monitor product quality and follow quality control standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Meet productivity and efficiency goals
Assist with other production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to [e.g., 25-50 lbs.]
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor
