This role is pivotal in designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions that enable digital transformation across underwriting, policy administration, claims, and billing functions. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role. Strong techno-functional background with hands-on experience in architecture, design, and systems analysis. Deep understanding of commercial insurance processes and products (e.g., workers’ compensation, general liability, property, marine, E&S). Experience with policy administration, underwriting, claims, and/or billing platforms. Strong knowledge of integration standards (REST, SOAP, APIs, microservices, Kafka). Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, PEGA, Salesforce, or similar.
