Role Overview We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support the development and commercialization of an innovative intravesical gene therapy for bladder cancer. The MSL will provide scientific and medical support to healthcare professionals, conduct research‑based activities, and collaborate across teams to expand our footprint in uro‑oncology. Responsibilities Respond to healthcare professionals and decision‑makers with accurate, unbiased, balanced and timely information about bladder cancer and product lines. Establish and maintain scientific and clinical relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers. Provide study support, including protocol and budget development, through completion for PhaseIV studies and InvestigatorInitiatedTrials. Deliver continuing field scientific support and training for sales and Corporate Account Managers. Document and forward adverse event reports to appropriate personnel. Keep abreast of medical and scientific developments in uro‑oncology and report competitive activities. Develop and deliver scientific and educational programs, including formulary presentations for managed care settings. Assist Medical Affairs and agency personnel with presentation development, slide kits and scientific materials. Participate in advisory boards, speaker training, clinical investigator meetings, and regional and international conferences. Process field requests for medical education funding and staff medical information booths at key conferences. Qualifications Doctorate degree in a biological science discipline (D.V.M., M.D., Ph.D. or Pharm.D.). Minimum of 2 years of prior MSL experience. Experience in uro‑oncology, urology or oncology is highly preferred. Ability to apply technical expertise and provide tailored solutions to diverse situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Working knowledge of FDA and OIG requirements, clinical trial design and statistics. Strong teamwork and networking skills with confidence to interact with senior experts on a peer‑to‑peer level. Critical data analysis skills and willingness to stay current with scientific literature. High emotional intelligence for effective stakeholder engagement. Represent the organization as the primary field medical contact. Physical Requirements This is a field‑based role that requires travel of 60% or more of the time. Applicants must be located within the following U.S. territories: Tennessee, Virginia, NorthCarolina, and SouthCarolina. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this role is $174,900 to $200,000. Compensation also includes an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
