ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director based in Germany, you will be building and leading the Americas Sales team. This is a role for someone who wants to create something - you will be establishing and growing clients commercial presence across the Americas region (currently USA and Canada)

Responsibilities:

• You will develop and execute a regional sales strategy, identifying short- and long-term revenue potential in industrial imaging across the Americas

• You will build, lead, and inspire the Americas sales team, fostering a performance-oriented and motivating work environment

• You will develop and enable your team to succeed with a "challenger sales" mentality in solution selling

• You will establish a strong and lasting clients presence in the Americas, acting as a true entrepreneur within the company

The role is based at our office in Carbondale, IL with a possibility to work remotely / hybrid.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience as a sales leader in industrial imaging

• You have a proven track record of building - markets, teams, pipelines - not just managing existing structures

• You possess strong leadership skills and know how to bring people with you

• You have a strategic and growth mindset, paired with the hands-on drive to execute

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You have an affinity for digitization and are comfortable working with a CRM tool (ideally Salesforce)

• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
