Construction Recruiter

A growing organization in the construction and engineering sector is seeking a Technical Construction Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across multiple divisions. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality talent for specialized technical positions. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, proactively sourcing candidates, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to support business growth. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing passive candidates, conducting outreach, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the offer stage Proactively source candidates through networking, cold outreach, and recruiting platforms Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings Create and manage job postings while supporting marketing efforts to attract candidates Maintain candidate relationships and track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruiting support for specialized technical positions Assist in developing recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill roles Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within construction, engineering, architecture, or other technical industries Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or similar ATS platforms Ability to manage multiple searches while collaborating with hiring managers and leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
