Recruitment Resourcer / Senior Recruitment Resourcer (Construction Sector)

Lithko Contracting is where construction professionals build their futures. As a Senior Talent Recruiter on the Experienced Hire team, you'll help build the teams that construct some of the most impressive concrete structures in the US. You will be an integral part of building the organization as we grow. The Senior Talent Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, filtering, and interviewing prospective talent in their assigned geographic region. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand the talent needs in locations (BURGs) within a geographic region.

Execute the recruiting process as a trusted partner providing guidance, influence, and perspective to hiring managers and BURG leaders.

Utilize internal databases, external sourcing platforms, and professional network to build talent pipeline with active and passive talent.

Recommend candidates to hiring managers based on capabilities and attributes that align with current and future operational needs.

Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Build industry and market relationships in geographic region to promote Lithko, foster interest, and build talent pipeline.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience is preferred.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field is preferred.
