This is what has driven our teams since 1833.Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 300 locations in 65 countries, across 6 continents.But at the heart of our business is our people.Role PurposeAs a member of the Menzies Aviation Operations Agent team, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating and communicating with all departments to ensure the safe loading and unloading of aircraft. The Operations Agent will serve as the primary operational contact for all internal and external partners.What You Will Be DoingPrevent delays and mitigate cancellation impacts by resolving issues or escalating to station leadership.Coordinate on-time, safe operations through effective communication with internal and external departments and agencies.Prepare, audit, and maintain flight-related paperwork, fuel records, and update flight information in all applicable programs.Assist in planning/coordinating irregular operations (including Long Tarmac Delays), customer and baggage coordination, cargo monitoring, and gate/remote parking management.Perform additional operational tasks as needed, including occasional ramp duties and required company/airline training.What We Are Looking ForMust be 18 years of age or olderPossess and maintain valid US driver's licensePass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal, and employment history.Ability to proficiently read, write and speak EnglishMust be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidaysMust have high school diploma, GED and/or six months experience as an Operations AgentBenefitsPay: $23.00 per hourFrontier Airlines Flight BenefitsAdvancement OpportunitiesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid Vacation401K Savings PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramPet Discount Coverage and Pet Insurance PlanUniform Provided$40.00 Monthly Bus/Train Voucher or Free Airport ParkingSafety, Security, Wellbeing and ComplianceYou will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
