What you’ll do: Keep the kitchen running smoothly alongside a fun, fast-paced team. Provide exceptional hospitality to both coworkers and guests. Prep, stock, and stay organized so every service is seamless. Maintain a clean, safe kitchen (and crush those health standards). Cook and plate delicious dishes with speed and attention to detail. What we’re looking for: At least 6 months year of cooking experience (line or prep) Experience in batch and buffet cooking is a plus Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to handle the heat (literally) and stay on your feet Reliable and ready to work busy shifts, including holidays Qualifications At least one (1) year previous kitchen/BOH experience (preferred) High school diploma or GED (preferred) The nature of the work may be strenuous, and the work environment may be warm, ability to work in warmer climates and stand for 5+ hours Required to lift and move heavy items like cases and large containers Will be required to be available to work on some major holidays Why you’ll love it: High-energy atmosphere Great team, flexible scheduling, and solid benefits And you get to work on the water!
