The Brenkus Team has served more than 9,000 clients, contributed to Gary Keller's bestselling The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and built a sales system with over 40 years of results in Las Vegas. You won't be figuring it out on your own — you'll be plugging into a machine that already works. What You'll Earn Up to $20/hr base salary DOE + commission bonuses Realistic first-year total: $55,000–$70,000+ (Top performers who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month earn $80,000 - $100,000) Responsibilities ISAs who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month are eligible for our Agent Track Program — a defined path to becoming a full-time buyer's or listing agent on The Brenkus Team.
