Diese Rolle fokussiert sich auf hands‑on Testing und die Verantwortung für Qualität in einem schnelllebigen Startup-Umfeld. Du arbeitest eng mit Entwickler:innen zusammen, testest Features, identifizierst frühzeitig Probleme und sorgst für eine strukturierte Kommunikation rund um Bugs, Verbesserungen und Releases. Deine Aufgaben Durchführung von hands‑on Tests für neue Features und Produktverbesserungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen zur frühzeitigen Identifikation, Dokumentation und Behebung von Bugs Erstellung klarer, strukturierter Tickets für Bugs und Feature-Verbesserungen Management und Priorisierung von Bug Tracking und Issue Resolution Erstellung und Durchführung von Testplänen und Testfällen Sicherstellung der Qualität über alle Releases hinweg sowie Unterstützung strukturierter Release-Prozesse Klare Kommunikation von Testergebnissen, Issues und Prioritäten an Entwickler:innen und Founders Identifikation von Mustern bei wiederkehrenden Problemen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktqualität Dein Profil 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Software Testing / QA Starker Fokus auf manuelles Testing sowie eine strukturierte Herangehensweise an Qualitätssicherung Erfahrung mit komplexen Produkten oder Systemen (nicht nur einfache Websites) Fähigkeit, Produktverhalten zu verstehen und über reine Testfälle hinauszudenken Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Startup-Umfeld mit sich ändernden Anforderungen Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen Hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie eine proaktive, hands‑on Mentalität Fließendes Englisch ist ein Must‑have, Deutsch ein starkes Plus Nice to have Erfahrung im Bereich Testautomatisierung (z.
