This facility is a well-established, large multi-specialty orthopedic practice featuring 14 orthopedic surgeons and 12 NP/PAs, with specialists spanning pediatrics, adult reconstructive, shoulder and elbow, foot and ankle, orthopedic oncology, hand, trauma, medical orthopedists/sports medicine, and podiatry. The primary hospital is a 330-bed tertiary care Level I Trauma Center with a 24-bed emergency department, helicopter support, a dedicated children's hospital, and a pediatric floor with a 5-bed PICU and 14-bed General Pediatric Unit, recognized among America's Top 100 Hospitals and Fracture Care Programs.

Job Details:

• Join a collaborative, well-established multi-specialty orthopedic practice with a supportive team environment
• Work alongside 2 full-time and 2 part-time pediatric orthopedic surgeons, supported by two full-time APCs
• Engage in a full scope of pediatric orthopedic cases, including spine surgeries
• Enjoy a 1:9 compensated call rotation at a Level I Trauma Center with approximately 30 call nights per year
• Call rotation supported by a dedicated call APP and surgical assistant
• Surgical privileges at three locations: St. Mary's Medical Center, Essentia Health Duluth, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Practice in a new hospital with a dedicated pediatric floor and robust support from colleagues in pediatrics and PM+R
• Utilize a dedicated EMR/EPIC system and benefit from a comprehensive rehabilitation program
• Provide athletic team coverage for local professional, college, and high school sports teams
• Serve a wide community of approximately 500,000 people
• Outreach opportunities available to expand community impact
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedics required
• Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics required
