This regional tertiary hospital features 330 beds and is home to a dedicated Neuroscience Unit, encompassing both a Neuro Trauma unit and a Neuro step-down unit. The facility's Children's Hospital boasts several region-only services, including a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, an 18-bed Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a CARF-accredited Pediatric Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, and a Children's Cancer Center. A state-of-the-art outpatient facility offers the only full-service Pediatric outpatient therapy program north of the Twin Cities, and patients and families are further supported through local foundations and an on-site Ronald McDonald House.

Physician – Pediatric Neurology

Job Details:

• Join an established Pediatric Neurology team consisting of 1 Pediatric Neurologist, 1 NP, 1 Child Psychiatry NP, and 3 Child Neuropsychologists
• Provide general Pediatric Neurology services with a passion for service and collaboration
• On-call rotation is predominantly by phone with a negotiable call schedule
• Utilize comprehensive neurology services and support including EEG, Video EEG, Ambulatory EEG, Vagus Nerve Stimulator program, EMG, and MRI with compatible movie goggles
• Collaborate with a broad range of Pediatric subspecialties including Hospital Medicine, PICU, Hematology/Oncology, Neonatology, PM&R, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, ER, Ophthalmology, and Orthopedics
• Work alongside Child Life Specialist support and benefit from strong community partnerships
• BC/BE in Pediatric Neurology required
