Join Our Client as a Quality Associate in Charlotte, NC a leading industry innovator! We're seeking a vigilant pro with a HS diploma/GED and 2+ years in manufacturing or quality control to uphold our world-class standards. Elevate your career with us!

• Perform independent audits of Burst House testing operations (including helium and pressure-based leak testing and burst tests) to verify adherence to work instructions and engineering specifications.

• Execute two-layer verification of critical operator quality checks and record keeping, capturing and uploading audit photos to maintain strict unit traceability and data integrity.

• Audit test area readiness, fixtures, and safety interlocks while documenting and escalating test escapes, process deviations, and defects within the quality management system.

• Monitor containment activities for test failures and partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and ISO 9001 compliance.
