This is in-hospital, occupied space, patient care spaces. Oversee all stages of project life cycle and manage day-to-day operations on-site. Ensure all construction activities align with project plans and specifications. Handle retail, big box, site work, underground utilities, and tilt wall projects effectively. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they are fully aware of their responsibilities and tasks. Review work progress daily and address any issues that arise. Act as the key point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants on project status and updates. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
