Details Work in the Emergency Center, which offers a full spectrum of emergency care and a separate Chest Pain Center Night shift schedule, 7a-7p 13-week assignment May be required to work in charge nurse and preceptor roles as needed Requirements Active RN license (Maine or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Minimum of 3 years overall nursing experience required At least 2 years of experience in the ED setting required At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience required No history of license or background actions permitted Previous employment at this facility is not permitted Additional Information Serve as an essential member of the patient care team, delivering direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process Assess patients on admission and throughout their stay Administer IV medications, therapy, and blood products as needed Provide patient education and document nursing care, teaching, observations, and patient responses American Traveler Job ID P-741814.
