Position Overview Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – University Town Center San Diego Responsibilities Ensure a signature experience for every guest, greeting guests, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional and engaging manner. Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and following LEGO Brand Retail visual standards. Operate the store stockroom efficiently, assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain stockroom to LBR standards, comply with safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages. Communicate effectively with team members and guests. Process information and merchandise through the register system. Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates. Access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area. Meet physical specifications: continuous movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; lift at least 30 lbs. Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and at least three days.
