Project Specialist

SLB is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide engineering and project support for customer-driven initiatives, ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely execution of project deliverables. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project planning, execution, and close-out activities while helping resolve technical and operational challenges. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibilities Execute project deliverables safely, accurately, and on schedule for internal and external customers. Coordinate project activities and support the implementation of service plans, procedures, and project requirements. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to address technical challenges and ensure successful project execution. Assist with project close-out activities, including the preparation of final project reports and documentation. Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational performance and project outcomes. Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and established project procedures. Support customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute to improved plant delivery performance. Mentor team members as required and perform additional responsibilities in support of business objectives. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline. 0-5 years of experience supporting projects, engineering operations, manufacturing, or a related environment. Demonstrated process management, procedural compliance, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Project is required. SAP experience is preferred. Knowledge of international commerce processes, including Letters of Credit, export documentation, freight forwarding, and export packing coordination, is considered an asset. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
