Affiliated with Vassar Brothers Medical Center, we are seeking a board‑certified or eligible Family or Internal Medicine Practitioner to join busy and growing primary care practices in Highland, NY. The employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist program for in‑patient admissions. Physicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. Part‑time positions are also available.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, mission‑driven, team‑based care for a diverse adult patient population. Partner with multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness across a full patient panel. Participate in off‑hour coverage shared among multiple providers, providing phone calls only with nurse triage.

Job Requirements

• MD or DO with NY State license and Federal DEA registration
• Successfully completed training in Family or Internal Medicine and be board certified or board eligible
• Availability for shared off‑hour coverage (phone calls only, nurse triage)

Salary

Salary Range: $275,000 - $285,000, commensurate or relative to experience.
