Job Type: Full Time & Part Time

Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year

Minimum Level of Education: High School

Position Summary: The Weekend Caregiver will deliver supportive care and companionship during the weekend hours (day shifts currently available). This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer a weekend schedule and enjoy providing companionship, and assisting with household and personal care tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist with ADLs, medication reminders and toileting, as needed
Run errands or accompany clients to appointments, as needed
Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidy-up)
Prepare snacks or meal prep
Engage clients in conversation, games, or meaningful activities
Document all tasks via AxisCare
Communicate schedule needs or client concerns promptly
Arrive within the assigned timeframe of the shift

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Experience with ADLs and homemaker tasks preferred
Ability to maintain client privacy and dignity
North Carolina CNAs will start at $17/hour; certification must be current and not expired.
Weekend Incentives for pay include a base salary increase

Schedule:

Weekend Day Shifts are available 9AM - 9PM (can be shortened or split) in Raleigh 27603
Weekend Day Shifts are available Sundays in Wake Forest: 7:30AM - 1PM.
