Your Impact in This Role

This is a remarkable opportunity for a driven advanced practice provider to join a well-established practice that is supported by a strong referral network and the extensive resources of a comprehensive health system.

• Become part of a dedicated team consisting of 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and 2 Physicians
• No on-call responsibilities
• Work in an inpatient practice environment
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible as an Advanced Practice Provider
• Eligibility for state medical licensure and DEA registration required
• Enhance High-Acuity Care: Collaborate with a Critical Care physician to provide essential night coverage and medical services for patients in the Cardiovascular, Neurologic, and Trauma Intensive Care Units.
• Perform Life-Saving Procedures: Utilize advanced technical skills for invasive procedures, including central line placement, arterial line placement, and intubation.

Minimum Qualifications Required

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire or job transfer. Acceptable certifications include those from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing must be obtained within 180 days of hire or job transfer.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing must be secured prior to hire or job transfer.

Education:

• A Master's degree in Nursing is required.
