Home Pride Inc. has an opening for an Welder in Bristol, VA. This position works 4, ten-hour, day shifts weekly (Mon – Thurs) Job Responsibilities Wears all required personal protective equipment (PPE) to include safety glasses, hearing protection and respirators. Reviews daily production orders and follows supervisor instructions to fulfill production needs. Ability to read weld callouts and follow welding procedure specifications when welding. Performs or assists with pre-weld parts fitment, and post-weld cleanup, inspection and repair. Performs preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to be used on daily shift. Keeps pace with other stations on the production line to ensure there are no bottle necks. Ensures quality control checks are completed on all finished goods to maintain a high level of quality. Conducts daily cleaning and organization of workstation to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
