Who You Are A lover of patient interaction and skilled at taking patient vitals A team player with a bias for action and an attitude that takes personal responsibility Skilled at performing and assisting with direct patient care activities: physical assessments, blood draws, medication administration, ECG, etc. (On the job training may be offered for those procedures not previously performed.)
