We're Nevada Trust Company , and we're hiring passionate Fiduciary Operations Associate to join our team in Las Vegas, NV!

HERE'S THE DEAL:

Pay:

• $65,000-$70,000 per year

Schedule:

• Typical business hours

YOU'LL THRIVE AS OUR FIDUCIARY OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE IF YOU ENJOY:

• Serving internal and external clients, including vendors and colleagues
• Providing ongoing maintenance of customer accounts, including coordinating changes to account files, reviewing and setting up new account files, statements, and contact information
• Maintaining proactive and reactive contact with clients for routine requests, crisis resolution, and problem solving.

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU:

• Combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
• 1+ years of experience in a trust company or similar institution utilizing a fiduciary operating system
• Equivalent securities industry experience will also be considered

The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues while delivering reliable, professional service.
