Heck Family Dentistry is looking for a full-time General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice in Lawrence, Kansas.

• Estimated earnings of $200,000–$300,000 per year

• Compensation based on 30% of collections

• Daily minimum guarantee; rate depends on experience

• Full-time opportunity; Weekdays only; no weekends

• Established Lawrence dental practice built and lead by Dr. Heck

• Broad clinical mix across general, restorative, cosmetic, surgical, emergency, and implant-related care

• Comfortable caring for patients with dental anxiety

• Strong work ethic and desire to grow

• Interest in comprehensive care and long-term patient relationships

Experience with extractions, endodontics, dentures, implants, sedation, cosmetic dentistry, or advanced restorative care is a plus, but not required. Fit, communication, clinical judgment, and patient care matter most.

• Provide high-quality general dentistry in a comprehensive family practice setting

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver patient-centered care

• Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence

• Help anxious patients feel comfortable, informed, and respected

• Partner with hygiene, assistants, and front office team members to create a smooth patient experience

• Support a positive, team-first office culture

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards
