Software Engineer - Java & Python

Salary: $72,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Basic understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies
• 0 to 12 months of experience in the software engineering field
• High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to perform under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner able to implement new technologies and frameworks
• Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and organizational skills
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, matrix-based, and geographically distributed team
• Willingness and ability to embrace challenging opportunities

• Support software engineering through programming, testing, implementation, documentation, and delivery of software solutions
• Ensure adherence to Mastercard standards, processes, and best practices in application software maintenance
• Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions based on technical specifications and design artifacts
• Research and evaluate alternative technical solutions for evolving business needs
• Create systems and testing documentation in alignment with department standards
• Comply with development and testing standards to meet Audit Requirements
• Follow Mastercards Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
• Assist in the collection and reporting of project metrics and software performance
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiencies
