What You'll Do Every Day:

Create Wonder-Filled Learning Experiences:

Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play

Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries

Foster social-emotional development through positive relationship building

Observe and assess each child's unique developmental progress

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity

Build a Thriving Classroom Community:

Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

Meet local childcare regulatory requirements

Experience working in licensed early childhood programs preferred

Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten

Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)

ECE/Lead Teacher credentials preferred

$500 Sign-On Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid in two installments:

• $166.67 will be paid on the paycheck following 30 days of active employment • $333.33 will be paid on the paycheck following 6 months of active employment
