Position: Preschool Substitute Teacher (Ages 3-5)

Reports To: Preschool Director and Director of Academics

Location: CCA 333 Inverness Dr S Ste 100 Englewood CO 80112

Employment Type: As Needed, Non-exempt

Compensation: $22-25 per hour, depending on experience

Typical Work Day Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Overview:

Preschool substitute teachers provide classroom coverage and support a nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment for young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom coverage as assigned
• Support a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Assist with supervision and daily routines
• Follow classroom procedures and lesson plans

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• PDIS Level 2 certification required
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong alignment with Christian education

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and compliance with all applicable state and licensing requirements.
