Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to perform MIG & TIG welding on aluminum & steel components, utilizing precise welding techniques and interpreting technical drawings to ensure high-quality and structurally sound welds.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG & TIG welding on steel components using appropriate welding techniques.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to execute precise welds.
- Assemble and weld parts to meet quality and structural standards.
- Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform necessary adjustments and repairs to welds when required.
- Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently.
- Conduct routine checks and report malfunctions or issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
