MIG Welder/Fabricator

Welder Position Are you a skilled welder looking for a long-term opportunity with a modern manufacturing company that values quality craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork? You'll work with advanced equipment, diverse materials, and a team that takes pride in producing high-quality products built to last. 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am - 3:30pm 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am Responsibilities: Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Arc welding techniques Weld various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and other fabrication materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components to meet project requirements Operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welded joints to ensure quality, structural integrity, and compliance with specifications Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects safely and efficiently Follow all workplace safety standards, procedures, and regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous welding experience with proficiency in MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Arc welding Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, or other metal fabrication processes Familiarity with overhead cranes and material handling equipment Strong understanding of welding safety standards and best practices AWS certification or completion of a recognized welding program preferred Experience with brazing or advanced metal joining techniques preferred Background in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments preferred Knowledge of welding inspection and quality control procedures preferred Experience working with automated or computerized welding equipment preferred
