Salesperson
Acura of Bedford Hills is looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
We’re looking for a professional, driven, and customer-focused individual who can provide an excellent experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery.
Pay:
- $70,000 to $150,000 per year, based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Present new and pre-owned Acura vehicles
- Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
- Schedule and conduct test drives
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Build strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale
- Assist customers through the sales process from selection to delivery
- Work with management and finance teams to complete each transaction
- Stay up to date on inventory, incentives, and Acura product information
- Provide a high level of customer service at every step
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working with customers in person, by phone, and online
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
