Inside Sales Specialist (Southbridge)

At Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen every conversation matters. We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist who knows how to turn a missed moment into a meaningful next step for a homeowner.

This role is for someone who moves quickly, listens closely, and follows through with care. You will re-engage with homeowners who already showed interest in Renewal by Andersen but did not schedule during their first conversation. Your job is to understand what held them back, answer questions clearly, and help them decide whether a consultation is the right next step.

We are looking for a thoughtful communicator who can bring urgency, honesty, and respect to every call. If you can balance confidence with curiosity, and goals with genuine service, this could be a strong fit.

Average annual earnings range from $60,000-$80,000, including base pay and performance-based bonuses.

• Contact homeowners who did not schedule during their initial conversation.
• Understand their concerns and identify opportunities to re-engage interest.
• Address objections, answer questions, and help homeowners feel informed about our products and services.
• Set appointments with the homeowner and our Sales Consultants.
• Document conversations and follow-up activity accurately.
• Work toward appointment-setting and performance goals with urgency and accountability.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team development with an open, growth-minded approach.
• Follow Inside Sales Center policies and procedures.
• Support additional responsibilities as business needs change.

• At least one year of experience in call center, customer service, sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles preferred.
• Clear, confident communication and strong listening skills.
• Ability to confidently handle objections and navigate challenging conversations.
• A self-directed approach and comfort working toward measurable goals.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfort using multiple systems and learning new tools.
• Adapt quickly while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and care.
