This is an exciting opportunity to lead day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and play a key role in the continued growth of a dynamic ventilation products company. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations including production, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs Supervise, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet performance goals Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, reporting results to senior leadership Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies Requirements: 3+ years of operations management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record Experience with inventory management systems and ERP/MRP software Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, or industrial products is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred About Us: Murray Ventilation Products LLC is a trusted provider of high-quality ventilation solutions serving customers across a wide range of industries from our base in Stuart, FL.
